    • We offer Water Buy Back coverage on HO3 policies for homes that are over 40 years old with a max of $10,000 of coverage for an additional premium for water damage losses
  • All electrical panels are accepted
    • Risks with single strand aluminum wiring, knob and tube wiring, fuse panels, and cloth wiring are subject to underwriting review
  • Wind mitigation
    • For wind mitigation credits, the OIR- B1-1802 (Rev. 01/12) form must be used
    • No restrictions on inspection date
    • Not required to be in insured‘s name
  • FBC credit
    • Can be applied with a final permit that reflects the roof has been fully replaced after 3/1/2002
  • Opening protection
    • We accept A.1, A.2, A.3 as Class A and B.1, B.2, B.3 as Class B
  • No 4-point/roof certificate inspection requirement
    • We conduct our own home inspection at no cost to the insured
    • We don’t require our home inspection on homes 5 years or newer
    • Our home inspection may be waived by submitting the pre- purchase property inspection
  • We insure solar panels
    • Coverage is excluded for hurricane loss to solar water heating systems, see guidelines for additional details
  • We accept all dog breeds
    • We exclude animal liability
    • Dogs with a bite history are prohibited
  • Farm animals are acceptable
    • As long as the farm animal is for personal use and there is no revenue generated
    • We exclude animal liability
