RRT’S RV IS READY TO ROLL!

If you’re anything like us, you love the idea of the great American RV road trip! We are happy to announce that our sister company, Rapid Response Team, has decked out their very own RV, but this is one RV we hope never gets to travel. This Mobile Operations Center is equipped with everything the team needs to be on the road in an instant in the event of a hurricane or any other disaster. As we’ve done in the past, we plan to be first on the scene helping policyholders with emergency services when they need us most. When other companies can’t find the resources, hotels, and equipment to make repairs, RRT is ready with everything needed to come to the rescue.
But here’s to hoping the RV gets little to no mileage this year!

LAAIA 51ST ANNUAL CONVENTION

It was great seeing many of you at LAAIA! Reconnecting with old friends and making new connections was just as enjoyable as the educational sessions leading up to the tradeshow. Our sister companies Home Inspection Services, Rapid Response Team, and TopLine, were also in attendance. We hope you had a chance to stop by and meet them. The 51st annual convention was one for the books, and we can’t wait to see you all again at future events!

FLORIDIANS ARE LESS WORRIED

The “Get Ready Florida!” survey in May revealed that as life with Covid-19 has normalized, Floridians have grown less concerned and are less prepared for hurricane season than in year’s past. Jay Neal, CEO of FAIR, comments that, “Floridians are excited about the progress against COVID…(but) this is no time to ignore the very real threat that hurricanes pose to our state.”

MY ACCOUNT FEATURE SPOTLIGHT: RETENTION REPORT

Did you know you can use the My Account portal to track your agency’s policies that are in danger of canceling due to non-payment? The report lists the policies pending cancellation for non-payment and also includes helpful information such as: total premium, amount due, and if the policy is new to the report. The report is uploaded twice a week.
