We are happy to announce that tomorrow, August 11th, People’s Trust Insurance will reopen for binding new HO-3 policies. This will include, for the first time in quite a while, some Palm Beach County zip codes (with limited capacity in specific areas), as shown below and in the link. Please note, zip codes in Palm Beach, Charlotte, Lee, Collier, and Hillsborough Counties will require the construction age of homes to be 10 years old or newer.

As a reminder, we require documentation of a valid flood policy to be in effect for ALL homes within a 3-mile distance to the coast to be verified by Underwriting.

Along with this reopening, we have new rates and forms. Renewal business rates are effective 9/24/2023 and are applicable to both HO-3 and Basic Choice products.
