This is to inform you that People’s Trust Insurance is already at the CAT Village assisting policyholders with filing claims and dispersing ALE checks to those who need them. Please instruct your customers to come visit us if they need an immediate ALE check up to $2,500. The location is:

Public Library, 15290 Bass Road, Fort Myers, FL 33919

A People’s Trust Insurance representative will be there to help from 8 AM to 6 PM seven days a week. Please remind them to bring photos of the current condition of their property and a photo ID.

We are doing everything we can to make the FNOL and claims process as seamless as possible. Remember, you can help your customers file a claim by using the online First Notice of Loss (FNOL) form.This tool lets you quickly submit for your client in the event of loss from the storm.

We have created a similar process for People’s Trust policyholders to get the claims process started online on their own at the PTI.Insure website. They should follow the prompts for File a Claim. Feel free to direct your customers to the form if they call you with a PTI claim.

And, as always, if your client reaches out to you to file a claim, you or your client can submit the claim directly to People’s Trust by phone at 1-877-333-1230, option 1.
