OPEN AGAIN + SOLO!

We are happy to have reopened writing new HO-3 policies in our original county list, and, perhaps even more excitingly, to have opened in SOLO for the first time in a long time.

All homes in SOLO counties are required to meet the PTI home inspection requirements within 21 days of binding, regardless of age. In addition to PTI home inspection requirements, underwriting may require a pre-binding inspection for properties located along Hurricane Idalia’s pathway.
