Why does this matter?

• Underwriting prioritizes incoming workflow based on effective dates.
• When marked as a New Purchase, reviews are held until the client’s closing date.
• Home Inspection Services also adjusts their follow-up timeline until after closing.

1. Dec Page
   Click the “Dec” button at the top right of the Policy Summary screen.

2. Invoice
   Located within the “Payment Schedule” box under Policy Financials.

3. Policy Jacket and Checklist of Coverage
   You can find both the Policy Jacket and Checklist of Coverage in the “Sent” tab within Policy Files. You may need to flip to page 2 or 3 to find what you’re looking for!

💡 Helpful Hint

The Files tab contains all documents sent to the policyholder during the policy term, including dec pages, invoices, and more.

The Notes tab is another valuable building block when reviewing a policy! It contains additional details on Underwriting Requirements, making it the perfect first stop when you need a clearer picture of what’s needed.

Sometimes all it takes is knowing where the right piece fits.
