We need to get the correct email for your Insureds.

It is important for the correct email address to be input for the policyholder, especially if you’re enrolling them in our Paperless Document delivery. If you do not have the insureds email address, please leave the field blank and endorse the policy at a later date.

If we don’t have the correct email address in our system, the Insured is not going to receive their policy documents or notifications.

Additionally, when scheduling new business inspections, we utilize the email address on file if we are unable to reach the Insured by phone. We want to avoid unnecessary cancellations for failure to comply with the home inspection simply because we don’t have the insureds correct contact information.
