We want to inform you of a change we are making to determine our Coverage A value on all home insurance policies. Beginning with renewal effective dates of February 12, 2023, we will be using Verisk’s Replacement Cost Estimator tool, 360Value, to set our Coverage A limits. This will more accurately reflect the home’s replacement cost value and likely increase the policy’s replacement cost coverage. As always, a detailed replacement cost estimate from the vendor of your choice may be submitted to underwriting for review for limits above and below the 360Value range.

Please discuss this change and explain the importance of coverage adequacy with your customers.
