Voided checks, bank screenshots, and bank letters are no longer required when submitting ACH forms. That means fewer documents to chase down and more time to focus on your policyholders!

Here’s the scoop:

• The Form Still Stays: A signed ACH form is still required for automatic payments and/or the 9-Pay Plan. Just skip the extra bank documentation.
• Double-Check Those Details: Because we’re removing the extra verification step, it’s important to make sure all banking information is accurate before submitting. Incorrect information could result in returned payments or payment plan changes.

Don’t forget to check the box next to “Yes – please enroll me in EFT withdrawal using my checking account information” to avoid ACH form rejections. Take a few extra seconds to verify routing, account, or credit card numbers to help keep your policyholders’ payments running smoothly.
